Pierogi Lasagna is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes and tastes like a creamy, cheesy, mashed potato casserole.
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Serve with sour cream (optional)
Ingredients
- butter for greasing pan ( I use Pam)
- 6 cups leftover mashed potatoes (Instant potatoes for 6)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( or as much as you desire )
- 9 lasagna noodles boiled
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
- salt and pepper, to taste
- sour cream for serving (optional)
