· 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room
temperature
· 2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
· 2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
· 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
· 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
· 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
· 1 large baguette, cut into 1 1/2-inch slices on a bias
Directions
Preheat the oven to high broil. Mix the
butter, garlic, Asiago, Parmesan, Romano and parsley in a medium bowl until
completely combined. Spoon some of the mixture on one side of the bread slices
and put on a baking sheet, butter side up.
