BBQ Ribs




Ingredients for Rub

3/4C Paprika
1/2C White sugar
1/4c Granulated Garlic

1/8c Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Chili Powder 2 tbsp. Salt 1 tbsp. Cayenne 1 tbsp. Cumin 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Thyme

Instructions
 *Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl mix it up good*Cut and pull off the thin membrane on the underside of the ribs. (This helps it fall off the bone so much easier!


*Put Rub all over the ribs and rub in



*Wrap each rack in foil 2 times to insure no flavors drip out in the baking process. Let this marinate in the fridge overnight.


*Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 5 hours.( for thick rib 7 to 8 hours) ( I cut my ribs into single pieces)
 
*When ready start your grill.*Pour your favorite BBQ sauce on ribs
*Put ribs onto the grill ( just grill them long enough to get the BBQ feel.)
